Junk Food for Thought! Entry #1

I wonder...If God was so vengeful and pissed off in the old times, what made him so pissed off and vengeful? There must have been some story behind that that we weren't told before that would answer why. Plus, why is God so loving and caring today? It seems to me that God would be even MORE pissed off and vengeful towards us with what we're doing to the Earth and each other.
